Site
Specific Training
Prior to
beginning a job each security officer
receives site specific training to ensure
that he can perform all duties required to
the highest possible standards. Depending on
the requirements of the assignment, this
training can take several forms. For
example, a security
officer may spend one or several shifts
accompanied by an officer experienced at a
particular site to familiarise himself with
the duties required.
For new
positions, our management team will work
closely with the customer to ensure that all
requirements are understood and documented.
Management will then spend time on site with
the security officer to familiarise him with
the requirements.
